1ST SHIFT
7AM-3:30PM
Pay Range $18.00 - $20.50
Full time position with benefits

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced, customer focused team environment and is responsible for several customer-oriented tasks. The Customer Service Representative will answer customer inquiries via phone and email and successfully process orders in Sage 100. 
* Monday - Friday, No Weekends *

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer representatives.
  • Enter and expedite orders as required.
  • Investigate customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service.
  • Function as a liaison between customer service and other departments in the company to address customer needs.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience with technical products.
  • Sage 100 experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills.
